XMail 

has been developed to manage a database of information relating to names, addresses, 
telephone numbers, email and web information. It functions through the association of specific records 
with up to 99 user defined categories for inclusion or exclusion in Reports and Mailing Labels

The GNO Expo Data Base is referenced to New Orleans, LA.

Each user can develop a reference system relating to user defined categories and geographic location.
The size of each group is constantly changing to reflect updates, returned mail and to add new
records received from web sign-ups and Mailing List/Door Prize forms from Avian or any other type of event.
