Vendor Guidelines & Table Prices:  Alario Center Costs    Landmark Costs    Gulfport Costs

1. If you have any questions or problems, direct them to me, Ron Williams. If I am not available,  ask my wife, Sandy or my Show Manager, Jim Wilson.  In my absence, their decisions are fully supported by me.

2. An excessive number of guests and visitors on the vendor side of the table infringes on the ability of adjacent vendors to comfortably conduct their business.  Please limit guests to the vendor renting the space and one guest or helper per table.

3. Vendors may sell birds for friends or associates if they have room on their table. However,  vendors are required to get permission from GNO Expo and GNO  Expo reserves the right to prohibit Birds, Products or Vendors who GNO Expo feels are not in the best interest of the Fair. Friends who bring birds or products are required to pay admission to the fair.

                                     Sales of animals other than Exotic Birds are not permitted.

4. GNO Expo has the right to control & limit displays which infringe on common spaces, aisles or space used by other Vendors or which detract from the quality or image of the Fair.

5. When the Fair is located at a Hotel or facility with sleeping rooms, the cost of the Fair hall is frequently dependant on the number of rooms reserved by the fair vendors and participants.  Vendors staying at a Hotel associated with the Fair will receive extra consideration over vendors choosing to stay at a different hotel.  If you are a local vendor or have a special circumstance, it will not affect availability of space.  It is also important for vendors to make their reservations early. Vendors are requested to inform GNO of their Hotel, Room and phone # so me can contact you in case of an after hours emergency.

6. Fair Hall is locked after hours and Police or Security is provided appropriate to the facility location or requirements.

7. Cancellations less than 1 week prior to the fair, will not receive refunds and will not have renewal rights. Refund options for all other cancellations, will be discussed with the individual vendor.

Returning Vendors: 
1. If you were a vendor at the previous GNO Expo fair at a specific location, you will have renewal priority when renewing your space at that fair. If you need additional space or wish to move, please contact me at GNOExpo@att.net and I will try to accommodate your needs. 

2. Tables space, not paid prior to the dates established
for the Fair will be re-assigned to another vendor. If you cannot attend a fair and wish to retain the specific table which you had,  you must pay for your space to retain renewal rights to your table(s).  If a vendor space is not paid-in-full by the end of the fair, the vendor will loose all rights to have that space at future GNO Expo Fairs.  

New vendors:
A New Vendor must pay for space when making their reservations.  Space will be assigned when it becomes available.  If space does not become available you will receive a full refund. All unclaimed space will be released and sold on a first come first serve basis in accordance with the following Waiting List Priority. 1. Paid- Prior  Vendors  2. Paid- New Vendors  3. Unpaid- Prior Vendors  4. Unpaid- New Vendors
